Yes, it is a service but they don't have a website.
The "A", "B" and "C" are just groupings.
The "A" plays are certain plays they give out in one deal, the "B" plays are another package and the "C" another.
The "A Group" plays are their weakest plays followed by the "B Group" and finaly the "C Group of plays are their best "special" sort of plays.
The A,B,C's are not ratings they are just groups of plays that come in a package deal, so basically there are 3 packages of plays I'm relaying on.
