Im sure shes been charged with murder by now,he must have been a good tipper also,bartenders like the good tippers alot more than the others.
Im guess this happened in Boston,why would a Yankees fan go into a local bar to proclaim her being a NYY fan unless she wanted to make trouble or cause a fight of some sort.
She should get life in prison in a Boston prison,and have to watch the Red Sox 4 game comeback all day.
