GC is definitely a talented handicapper, as his approach is both logical and thorough. It is not easy to find relevant trends and angles when capping - especially when working a sizable database.
I did not include his records in the exercise because his sample size is still quite low, and I do not believe the result would reflect his true handicapping prowess.
