many services make guarantees that they know they probably won't hit. win today or tomorrow is free. hit 65%(they can pick any %) this month or next month is free. 65% for football or basketball is free. it doesn't cost them anything and after people loose they either don't have any money left or don't want their plays. if the service gets lucky and wins they get more money out of you.
