Is this lawsuit about his picks being posted on forums across the internet?
If so, The Big Game Hunter has tried in the past to sue anyone and everyone who dare post his sure fire picks on the world wide web. Every time it has made it to court the judge has ruled that W.A.R. does not have a patent on the use of sports teams names. Thus the lawsuit gets tossed just like the coin Root uses to predict the winner of games.
