Of course it is a scare tactic;there is no way in hell one can bring suit over an activity, gambling,(giving out picks which are actually nothing more than the name of teams)when the former itself is ILLEGAL in 49 states.
If I ran a forum and gave out his miserable picks, and he threatened me, I would tell him to go fu k himself and dare him to try to take me to court.
I would also threatend him with a counter suit for lying about his record and deceptive advertising on his website and tv shows.
