These guys aren't handicappers, they are crooks. These are the first guys who should be exposed. People fall for their lies all of the time. It's hard to believe, but these crooks make a ton of money scamming people.
Someone said Lang was on a talk show the other day speaking about the anti-Internet gambling law and actually sounded intelligent. I guess that is the first requirement to be a scam artist.
