When all is said is done by end of basketball, picks will be where they are now, at around 50%;on the other hand, Phio would die to get his own late phone services up to 50 per cent, which is a huge improvement over his 20% for most of last season.
PS-This is just my opinion, but just the fact that so many of the Community Cappers are now discounting their plays tells me that they are in need of business.
Phil talks about a zillion services each day, meaning that each gets limited business.
In addition, they pay Phil a fee to be on his Community Line.
What it means is that I think the Community Line may be on the way out as many of the cappers realize they have a better chance on their own than simply being thrown under the NC "umbrella" each day with so many other cappers.
