Fisk-Thanks for you input-your points are well taken. It is quite disturbing to see Sebastian's business practices deteriorating to the level of the scamdicappers that we all know and talk about.

After telling us yesterday that a fortune was made on Saturday, here is how Sebastian "recounts" Sunday's total disaster-WORSE than Northcoast by far!

No mention of yesterday's day either on comp. line-he only talks about/pumps the upcoming tournament and baseball-totally disgusting! He has really turned into a scamdicapper no matter what criterion you use.

Knowing how he thinks, UNLESS you are a subscriber, I think he will probably ignore any emails or calls/and or say that it is not your concern what he says on his website and comp. line.

savage, does the radio station have a email for the GM or someone in charge? emailing seafag won't do any good. since he is selling his service with the help of the station, i think they would be very interested in knowing what he is really doing. i would love to send a email!

What have you emailed him about precisely? If gambling were legal, you would have a good case to sue him over not giving full disclosure of his record and distorting the truth.

this is what i sent:

one of your hosts (sebastian)runs a sports picks service that is completely misleading (i say scamming) people by completely misleading and lying about his past records. this has all been documented and commented on at atstalk.com. even his biggest fans that have done a 180 on him after seeing his business practices the past 6 months. i think this reflects terribly on your radio station. mentioning how much he is making betting on his plays (ileagally), is just a way of inticing people into paying for his plays. anyone doing this has lost a fortune the past6 months! the old "for informational purposes only" doesn't really work when he is talking about betting on the plays on the air and his web site.

i look forward to your response and would answer any questions regarding this. thank you.

Husker-the only thing is that the radio station may say he has been honest while broadcasting and doesn't care what he says on comp. line or website.

I have about 10 e-mails to him...was going to cut and paste a few....but what is the point.....the general theme is the same

#1 You stink
#2 Report fair and balanced
#3 What about money mgt
#4 I remember when you had 1-5* wagers
#5 You are a copycat
#6 How can you sleep at night

Actually I am done emailing him. My time is more valuable lately, but I wanted him to know people are not as dumb as he thinks.

Also he accused me of being a thief cuz i knew his picks and asked me how i could sleep at night

so i am sure to end each e-mail with the same question to him

Also, he may bet but he is not dropping that type of cheddar.....No way....No how....PERIOD

I think they would disassociate themselves with him if they feel in ANYWAY it could hurt the station.......radio is all about publicity

Fisk-he has the balls to accuse YOU of being a thief when HE steals plays and calls them his own-what a joke!
Of course, it is predictable that he would try to turn the tables on you and portray himself as a victim by portraying you as the bad guy in this instance.
His sneaky and clever strategies might work in his BlackJack games but they fail miserably when dealing with you;you have in effect backed him into a corner and he has no legitimate answers to your very relevant questions and criticisms.

i haven't gotten any response from the email sent to the radio station. if he were just a tout, it wouldn't bother me as much as him being on the radio and touting his service. we aren't talking about a service buying time at a station to promote themselves. what is a local news paper up there?
