The other comp. is a 3* from the Snakeman, Sean Hisssssssssss, on San Francisco.
Note: it took a putrid 13 minutes if Phil's rambling in order to receive both comps, coincidentally the same amount of time it takes Phil to achieve an orgasm if you get my drift.
Also, rumor has it the revenues for the upcoming football season are down sharply from this time last year because of 1) Phil's atrocious season last year, 2) his totally deceptive manner in which he presents his record and 3) because more and more folks realize that virtually of his late phone picks and newsletter selections are available for FREE in forums like this.

Just remember folks before you throw your hard earned money at NC's Executive Service or for that matter any of their paid picks, that NC was 32.7%in the NFL, dead last with no one a close second;their record in college football was not much better!
In order for NC to win in football, they need favorites to cover, as about 90% of their paid and newsletter plays are just that.

Note-even in NC's football picks do better this year(how can they do worse?), the fact is that he lost a great number of paying clientele and will probably never recover.
People won't forget his miserable record last year and his attempts to spin his record to make it sound like he was always winning.
When coupled with the fact that more and more people realize all his picks are available for free on the internet in any case, it spells big trouble for NC.
Phil had better hope he sells a lot of college preview magazines and issues of Northcoast, because his days of selling late football picks are on the decline and at the point of no return.
