First of all, kudos to Phil for recapping yesterday including the losses in totals;this is a change from last year-hopefully, this is a not a one day wonder, and he will be COMPLETELY honest this year and tell the truth, the WHOLE truth and nothing but the truth. I will wait until he has an overall losing day to comment on his honesty. The first comp. is a 4* from Californicate Sports on OVER Mets. The other comp. is a 3* from Rocketman on Atlanta. pS Thanks again to Gman for filling in during my trip to Atlantic City and Washington DC-had a great time! |

Comp. loses. Apparently the "friends"/entities who surround the DECEASED Mike Lee or Mike himself didn't have enough clout with the Gods in the Hereafter to allow Varitek to score from second base in the ninth inning after he drove in the go ahead run;this would have allowed the Sox to win by the required two runs rather than just one giving Mikey and his "buddies" the win rather than a loss.
The comp. record is now 143-108-3. Today's play comes from the Oink Oink man, Stan Li SOW ski and is a 3* on the Red Sox-regular money line play;apparently Stan learned from Mikey yesterday those run line plays can be risky. |

So far the Accupix 5* on UNDER 10 in the Red Sox game looks horrendous, 5-1 in the 4th inning;in all fairness even though I stayed away, on paper it seemed like a good pick considering Wakefield's dominance in past over Tampa Bay.
It is now 8-1-sure hope too many didn't follow;Accupix is nowhere as good now as they were early in the season. |
