I don't know what is going to happen this evening, but the plays have been coming back to earth and are around 500 the last few weeks.
Of course, Phil will keep the illusion going as long as he can as he does with his own service.
When all is said is done by end of basketball, picks will be where they are now, at around 50%;on the other hand, Phio would die to get his own late phone services up to 50 per cent, which is a huge improvement over his 20% for most of last season.
PS-This is just my opinion, but just the fact that so many of the Community Cappers are now discounting their plays tells me that they are in need of business.
Phil talks about a zillion services each day, meaning that each gets limited business.
In addition, they pay Phil a fee to be on his Community Line.
What it means is that I think the Community Line may be on the way out as many of the cappers realize they have a better chance on their own than simply being thrown under the NC "umbrella" each day with so many other cappers.

I am not sure of the record;you could check with the Sports Monitor to be sure.
On the other hand, as we all know, Phil lies and/or spins his own record over whichever period of time suits himself look good;thus, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if he does the same when Bill COLD Man(he has sucked of late and must have had quite a good record up until then to still be in first place).
