Interestingly, as is Kelso's usual business plan, he sells these packages with a promise that he will includes his "BIG" 50 unit games- in this case his "Playoff GOY" and "Playoff UPSET of the year" well in advance. Obviously having no knowledge of which teams will be playing late and knowing full well that he will have to flip a coin with teams that have little predictability late in playoffs, offering those picks up with no motive but a money grab for those who don't buy the package early.
I have watched many posters on this and other sites talking about the "high percentage " Kelso -and others- win on their big unit games. Not a lot of logical thinking here as these picks are advertised well in advance of any knowledge of the teams playing.
Let's get serious for just a moment-Don't raise your wager based on someone's GOY or other ploy in an attempt to get even or catch up. You may trust and/or rely on certain cappers picks, but don't believe that a larger per unit pick has any more likelihood of winning in a playoff situation than a lower unit pick when there is just one game per night. That may be slightly logical in a large slate day like Saturday in college football, but never in a single play day like NBA playoff Finals , Monday night or Thurs night pro football.

By the way for those who believe contrary, I will post the Kelso 50's just like I have the 1,2,5, etc.

You know-what you said reminds me of the lined football schedules I receive year which is contained with ads.
What I find amusing is that some of these schedules contain games which are to be played for the next several months and of course are filled with advertisements.
Invariably if you look as some of these ads, you will see for example zillion star locks for games on a specific day to be played several months from the time the schedule was printed.
I mean come on how does service A know that on a schedule printed in say August that for example there will be an ACC GOY on say November 18?
Sadly there are some who believe this nonsense and come Nov. 18 will be calling that service for the "Lock." And speaking of that game, the "Lock" is that the particular service will have an ACC "Lock"/GOY on that date whether the circumstances warrant it or not.

I think Sturgeon represents a classic example of why most people do not do well with a capper over any extended period of time.
All get hot at one time like Kelso and most go through losing streaks.
Those who jumped on at the beginning and got off before he started to go cold made money;those who jumped on when he went cold lost bigtime and those who stayed on for the entire team had a nice proft but are now in the red.
The only real winner for the entire duration is Kelso, who profited from the steady stream of revenues during the playoffs no matter how the plays did.
The above scenario fits the great majority of paid cappers out there.

Can't argue with your theory. Just looking for someone tracked throughout the playoffs with a record that poor. I had earlier posted that Kelso in the NBA playoffs did similarly in both NCAA FB, NFL and in NCAA BB with hot early starts where (IMHO) picks are easier and poorly when the teams are more evenly matched.

Kelso's picks in this year's playoffs remind me of some of his unfortunate horseracing selections-have a big lead early, but as they come down the stretch, they are trailing the leader by 20 lengths.
