On saturday evening the detroit redwings take on the dallas stars in game 2 of there confernce final series. The wings won game one rather easily 4-1.All time in this round homers up 1-0 are a 62% proposition with a record of 54-32.The wings all time are 30-15 when leading a series 1-0. and the stars game 2 record is 7-6 whne down 0-1 in a series.So theres not much help unless you take a shot with the big dog dallas.H owever the total could be the place to go,when the posted total is 5 in detroit home games year they are 9-4 to the over,while the stars are 16-8 to the over when the posted totoal is 5 in there road games. also of note is that in prior games this year in detroit no game has played under 5. with totals of 5,7,8.The wings top 2 lines are real hard to stop even for an above average goalie like marty turco,and i expect the stars to be more potent on offense in game 2 after there poor showin in game 1.In closing the over at 5 flat is the way to gl gc-.
