What will the connections do here? If they run the horse, and he breaks down. It will be much more than a black eye for the sport. Especially with the recent breakdowns of barbaro in the preakness and eight belles in this years derby.The vets looked him over carefully on memorial day and deemed him fit to return to training.Theres already a lot of controversey around the trainer dutrow,due to his admittance that the horse gets winstrol, a steroid made for horses every month.Un fortunately the average horse fan doesnt realize that theres a lot worse these horses put up with. The fact reamains it is legal in most states to inject steroids into these animals.I sure would like to know when i plunk my cash down which ones get a regular shot and which ones dont.Dutrow the trainer of Big brown has faced a troubled life,having had drug problems and also sleeping in the stalls,having been homeless for awhile.I just hope that his arrogance doesnt get in the way of his morals, if this horse has any chance of breaking down,he should not run in the belmont stakes.The fact that there has not been a triple crown winner in 30 years should have no bearing on the decision. Especially since his breeding rights are already worth millions.Mr dutrow must do whats best for the horse and the game while factoring in his decision.Remember this is the bemont stakes everyone will be watching. golden contender-

big brwon has galloped around the belmont surface the last 3 days, and dutrows going to run him, unless someting catastrphic happens, for those of you dont know this man, the trainer dutrow, he is as bad as the worst scamming service you can think of, he has no morals at all, and arrogant to boot. the horse may very well be able to run,and win,but with this man it wont matter, id like to see a triple crown winner but i cant cheer for dutrow, hes really NOT a good guy, but he does have a great horse.bol gc-

Dutrow is a the lowest form of degenerate out there the guy is a terrible gambler and has had a bad past using drugs i dont know how this guy manages to still be involved in racing he his a bad man unforunaltely for BIG BROWN to be associated with him

Thats What I Was Trying To Get Across Is,the Phrase "it Could Not Have Happened To A Nicer,more Deserving Guy" Will Not Fir If Big Brown Wins. I Personally Think Some Of The Good Guys In The Biz Loathe A Guy Like Him, I Remember Him Weel From The Ny Circuit, He Doesnt Have A Decentbone In His Body. "if Horses Could Speak English" He Probably Would Not Be Allowed Near Them. Btw He Lied On National Tv To The Announcer ,when Asked If He Was Going To Bet Big Brown In One Of The Races He Flat Out Said "no" You Think He Wants The Rest Of The World To Hear Yes, And Ruin His Win Price? Of Course Not.i Would Much Rather Have Seen A Guy Like Barclay Tagg-funnycide. Or B.baffert-silver Charm, Or Even Mr Cervis With Smarty Jones, Get A Triple Crown. I Cant Root For This Horse,bol Gc-

There Still Hoping To Run Him In A Prep Race And Then The Travers And B.cup Classic. Hes Doing Some Light Works Last I Heard Bol Gc-

Question, is Winstrol the type of steroid that can mask pain so a horse can train and race without pain? I know a pro football player who used a steroid that allowed him to compete and to train without pain and that is why he started using it. He was also quite surprised with his physical results.
