Butler/Cleveland State OVER 119

Just a recap, I don't want to get into it again with Cali, but checking the W2 records and those at TSM, it is pretty clear that Akmens is good at:

CBB Totals (82-50)
NHL Totals (27-12, net profit of $14,800)

And not very good at:

NHL Sides (70-51 but showing net profit of -$320)
CBB Sides (18-33)
NBA combined sides & totals (48-55)
Arena FB (2-7)
Exhibition baseball- do we really need to go there?

So, you can track him all you want and go on about how he went 1-5 yesterday, 2-4 the day before. My question is: why would you play or be concerned about anything of Akmens other than CBB & NHL totals?

because no one knew that is all they should play. people do not go look at tsm to see if someone has a record there. Everyone says akmens is great and they follow all his plays when they should not be. this has clarified a lot for people and the only plays to follow are totals for cbb and nhl.

let's hope that is the difference because overall he is sub 500 for the past month in all sports combined.

My question would be to all interested in Seabass is ? Why would anyone pay for his picks if he sucks so BAD?? And please don't use that fading him as an excuse either. ??

Its called a "package deal". When you pay for football, a good marketing firm will discount the entire year.

A better question is why would someone ask such a question on a board where members share their "paid" picks as a courtesy to other members. It sure did make me feel better to know that you think I am a dumbass for paying for such garbage.

the same could be said about most of the services asked for. i would like to see them to continue my track of him accurately.

I don't think you are a dumbass. I have paid numerous services for losing picks. I thought those services actually can win me money and they didn't. You probably thought the same thing. I'm sorry if I came acrooss like that. Right now I'm a member of Best Sports Picks and they broke even in the NFL, did really good in college football and have had a great College hoops season and a decent NBA. The problem with that service is it comes so god damn late in the day that sometimes I miss plays because they come in 30 minutes before gametime and weekends are a mess.

Sorry for the tirade Charlie V. I appreciate the fact that you also contribute to the forum. This is the only place I post his plays. I personally don't play a lot of hoops, but still post his plays. I notice that once I post here, they get cut and pasted on other forums..word for word.

My problem is with those that come in here and contribute absolutely nothing, and yet bitch about people that post plays. You are not one of those.

I noticed that several services had big plays on Atlanta yesterday,
When a team(Houston) has won 19(now 20) and covered 11 in a row(now 12), you either go with them or layoff the game I don't care how many reasons you can find to bet against them.
Trying to be a bigshot and show you can pick the game that the scorching team will NOT cover makes no sense to me and many more times than not will result in losing.
I remember the same thing happened earlier this year when folks went against Drake early in their run and got buried or several years ago when Oakland won 20 some odd games in a row in baseball and folks started betting against them every night after about 10 wins.
