yes they are, especially when one team appiles too no less than 3 long term tech systems. btw i saw some tech guys on boston which i found a little surprising. looking at the tally it was only slightly boston. last night the lakers were a unanimous pick with cappers who utilize many different techniques. gc-

Well now Boston has to win a road game, the big 3 played very good with 77 points, but the bench only 7 I think it was.Rivers did say he must find a way to get cassell some mins, which imo is not the answer, his fine play almost killed them against the Cavs.
GL to Celtics fans, now lets see if the Spurs can win one,but I have a problem with them not getting any rest,so not sure if they can pull it out here,as they died in 4th 1/4 last game. Just hope its not a rerun of a Cavs-Celts game again, lol |

wow, i guess the 7 game series and the long flight caught up to the spurs last night, won both LA and the side total of LAL ov 99'. what a gift on that last second 3 to put LA over the 100 pt mark!! thought it was a lock with 6 min remaining and LA at 88 pts....This series is now OVER.
The C's really need a game in DET, hope they can grab one here tonight... See ya in the finals! |

Congrats Tree, that sure was a lucky win on the over 99,both teams had the bench in for most of 4th 1/4,but I would wait a little more before you try to jink your team, lol.
Spurs put everything they had in that first game trying to steal one on the road but just ran out of gas,on the plane too, having to sleep on a plane and buses sure didnt help them. With only 1 day off they are going to have to dig deep to get the win in game 3,if they lose that one then its over,so just wait 1 more game before you call the series, lol |

Still, I dont see LA losing 4 of 5 no how, no way...so I'll stick with my team reaching the finals. I do already love SA -the5 for game 3 though! Could even be a mirror image of game 2 w/sprus clamping down in the 2nd 1/2 for a comfy win.
cant pull the trigger on BOS 2nite so am going under 176...hope they can get that elusive road victory! Will be watching at a 4 yr olds b-day party!! dad's in front of the tv, moms hosting the party. |

Hillarious Golden Contender tells me Boston will lose at home in game 2 and win in game three I would never believe it if I did not see it

Tree that under was a huge play for most of the guys that I converse with, there were so many on it I was thinking it was going to go over.
But I have to give credit to Det. they never quit like the Spurs do,I took them in second half and over, which gave me Det.+10.5 at home and I did see Boston get a big lead a couple times against Cleveland to end up not covering. The over was a push until that last 3 by Boston and Det.had it down to 9 with the ball and fumbled it away, then missed a couple shots. Good Win for you Celts Fans, good call GC! Like the over in tonights game, hard to think the Lakers will have 3 unders in a row. Anyone think Spurs have enough in them tonight or Lakers get ready to finish it,all thoughts welcome. |

well then, if he would be so kind as to tell us all the winner tonight that would be much appreciated by all...lol. But seriously it seems that this thread has been on the right side more often than not, whats the consensus?

It's going to be hard for the Lakers to get themselves jacked up for this one when they know in the back of their minds that they can crush this team when they play well and they can still beat them even when they play like shit. Those are the two main lessons we all learned in the first two games.
I also looked at the Lakers 2 game 3s in other series and both were way under,Denver by 44,this guy posted that Phil likes to slow the pace in game 3 when they win the first 2,so Im going on Spurs and under,Lakers have no reason to get up for this game,GL to All |
