UNLV at New Mexico, 1:00 EST ESPN2
UNLV - 4-10 ATS vs. conference opponents
New Mexico - 5-1 ATS vs. UNLV

Mississippi at Memphis, 4:30 EST ESPN
Mississippi - 7-1 Under as an underdog
Memphis - 1-5 ATS as a home favorite of 3 points or less

Miami FL at Florida State, 8:00 EST ABC
Miami FL - 13-4 Under as a favorite
Florida State - 7-2 Under first half of the season

Monday's games

- Visitor won last three UNLV-New Mexico games, with Lobos rushing for 284 yards last year in 24-20 win on Strip. Rebels unsettled at QB, have just three starters back on defense. Lobos are 21-9 vs spread in last thirty tries as home favorite, 14-8 overall as fave since '01. UNLV's new coach is former Utah aide; they're 6-13 vs spread in last 19 games. Rebels' new JC QB was slow picking up offense, will not start, .

-- Underdog won last two Ole Miss-Memphis games, but home side covered six of last nine in series. Tigers are 16-7 last two years; they're 16-9 vs spread in last 25 games vs SEC, but 7-9 in last sixteen tries as home fave. Both sides are unsettled at QB. Emotional Rebels just
6-13 vs spread in non-SEC games since '99, 10-13-1 vs spread on road since '00. Rebels' best RB, Pearson, is academically ineligible.

-- Miami won last six games vs Florida State, with four of six wins by six or less points- they outgained 'noles 364-165 last year. Hurricanes are 17-12 as road favorite since '98. State just 1-3 as dog since '98. Both sides have QB issues (combined total of nine college passes). FSU has no senior starters on offensive line, and a freshman QB. Not only have 'canes owned State, they've won eleven in row vs any Florida team.
