When did online sites start putting worse payoffs for different teams?

Example Bodog has:

Boston College +7 (-115)
Georgia Tech -7 (-105)

Isn't that what the point spread is for? Anyone know what determines whether they put a team -115 or -105?

Bodog is notorious for this as they like to add a half pt and juice it.

Is there a internet site that doesn't do this? I might have to switch. If they are going to add money lines to the point spreads I dont want to do business with them.

they do it primarily(perhaps exclusively) on key numbers because the next half point either way is worth more than other half point moves...nothing unusual or devious about it.
