I just received a Debit Card from Cris. They rock been using them for 8 yrs.

I had a lot of problems getting mine activated and funded but it looks like they fixed all the glitches with the system - this is a great idea and we will probably see a lot of other books doing this

How do you go about getting these cards?

Create a account. I did mine through atstalk banner and got a free $20 then go to homepage on cris and order debit card. You can also do it in cashier.
